I am a degree educated, certified EFL teacher with One-to-One and traditional classroom teaching experience with teenagers, university students, and adult professionals, ranging from beginner to advanced levels. The curriculum covers grammar-based general English, conversational fluency, FCE and IELTS exam preparation. I have extensive experience in theatre and film acting, directing, writing, and producing. I incorporate my performance creative production skills into course curriculum whenever possible. My theatre training has proven particularly helpful during conversational English lessons. I am also a freelance fashion, culture, and international politics journalist, filmmaker, and digital content creator.

Intensive English Course, Internship in Brighton, April 2016 - February 2020
Since moving with my family in 2004 from the States to Poland, (my husband's native country), then to Brighton in late 2006, I have taken on seasonal work as a Teacher of English as a Foreign Language. Garnered from 13 years of TEFL experience, I developed and implemented an immersive English course for Erasmus interns' work experience provider Internship in Brighton. The course utilizes cultural excursions, business workshops, social experiences, and creative projects to prepare the interns for the challenges of living and working in an exclusively English-speaking environment.
